Clients were the driver and passenger in an accident caused by a thief in a car stolen from a dealershipwhere the “smart key” was left in the car during dealer prep for delivery to
a customer. Client 1’s injuries included a badly fractured leg which required a rod to be placed in his leg; Client 2 suffered severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures.

Client was severely injured when another car suddenly crossed in front of her, with no time for her to stop. Fire Rescue had to remove her from the car, as she was trapped by the steering column. Client was transported to the hospital on a backboard, suffering injuries to her spine, head, neck, hand, wrist, elbow and knees. She underwent extensive treatment, including injections and
surgery to her back. The accident left Client unable to perform her work duties as she had prior to the accident.

Client was the back seat passenger in a ride service car whose driver made a left turn from the right turn lane, causing the accident. Client’s injuries included multiple disc herniations throughout his back and neck. Client underwent extensive lumbar fusion surgery.

Client, the estate of a man who died in an accident when the pickup truck in which he was a passenger (pulling a trailer transporting horses) turned over in an accident involving a dump truck. There were no direct witnesses to the accident, and due to our intensive investigation we were able to secure settlement for our client at mediation.

$110,000 - Client was rear-ended when he stopped because the car in front of him stopped for ducks crossing the road. The violent impact caused his head to smash through the rear window of his light truck, resulting in a severe laceration of his scalp. The at-fault driver initially alleged that our client was at fault for this accident. Client received the policy limits from the 2 other vehicles involved in the accident.

Client was a customer in a bridal salon, the mother of a bride-to-be who was helping her daughter try on wedding gowns when she tripped over the try-on platform in the dressing area, fracturing her wrist and requiring surgery. We were able to show that but for the store’s negligent supervision, service and physical set-up of the dressing area, this accident would not have happened.

$99,600 - Client was the driver of a pickup truck that was struck by a truck, causing injury mainly to his right shoulder, affecting his abilty to work asproductively as prior to the accident. We settled the case at mediation before it went to trial.

$80,000 – Client slipped and fell on water in a waiting area at a popular restaurant, injuring her knee. We were able to show that the staff was aware of the condition and failed to take steps to clean it up and make the area safe for patrons.

$72,000 – Client, a 92 year old man with macular degeneration and clawed toes, fell down a flight of stairs at an estate sale, requiring hip surgery. Client recuperated quickly and was able to enjoy his remaining years.
